Keldra provides API-based transaction relay infrastructure. By creating an account or using an API key, you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You must not use Keldra for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, abuse, denial-of-service, or any activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

3. API Keys and Security

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and all activity performed with your API key. Notify us immediately at contact@keldra.io if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Billing

Pricing is usage-based according to the published pricing page. Charges are calculated from accepted relays and may be invoiced periodically.

5. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for unpaid balances, abuse, legal risk, or violations of these Terms.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keldra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
