Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Keldra provides usage-based API services. Fees for successfully delivered service usage are generally non-refundable.
2. Eligible Cases
We may issue partial or full refunds for verified billing errors, duplicated charges, or material service failures directly caused by Keldra systems.
3. Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date with relevant transaction and account details.
4. How to Request
Email contact@keldra.io with subject "Refund Request" and include your account email, invoice ID, and reason.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
